1Two absences that are not the same absence
One pricing page begins at a paid plan, so there is no free plan for a marking line to be absent from. The other publishes a free tier that is a one-time credit allocation rather than a recurring amount, and the marking line appears against the paid columns and not against it.
A single dash would represent both, and the difference is the whole content of the comparison. On one entry no marked file has ever left the product; on the other a small body of marked evaluation output exists, produced by people deciding whether to subscribe.
2Which population each cell describes
Free-tier readings matter mostly to whoever inherits footage of unknown provenance. On the entry with no free plan that population is empty: every file came from a subscription whose own feature list says No watermark, so there is nothing to settle about contributors.
On the other, the material is exactly the sort that survives into finished work, because an evaluation run happens before anybody has decided to keep records. Small quantity is not the same as low risk, and a one-time grant produces material at precisely the moment nobody is documenting anything.
