Kling AI stops marking at its first paid membership
Kling AI lists brand watermark removal in the benefit list of Standard, Pro, Premier and Ultra. The entry point is the Standard membership at ten dollars a month at list price. As of 2026-09-12.
| The reading | What it holds |
|---|---|
| The recorded value | Removal from Standard ($10/mo) |
| The vendor's own words | Brand watermark removal appears in the benefit list of every paid membership. |
| How the reading was taken | Read from the first membership carrying the removal line, with the list price printed beside it. |
Inclusion rule. One row for the value, one for the sentence or absence behind it, one for the method. Nothing here is drawn from output, support replies or coverage by anyone else. Order. Fixed order: the value, then its evidence, then the method.
| Generator | Paid tier |
|---|---|
| HeyGen | Removal from Creator ($29/mo) |
| Kling AI | Removal from Standard ($10/mo) |
| LTX Studio | No watermarking from Lite ($15/mo) |
| Luma AI | No watermark from Plus ($30/mo) |
| Pictory | No watermark from Starter ($25/mo yearly) |
| Pika | Watermark-free from $28 Pro |
| Synthesia | Remove Synthesia logo from Starter ($29/mo) |
Inclusion rule. Generators whose pages name the plan at which the visible mark stops and print a list price beside that plan, so the crossing point can be quoted as a figure. Order. Alphabetical by generator name.
1A benefit list is a different object from a feature grid
Kling does not print a matrix of ticks. Each membership carries a short list of what it includes, and removal of the brand watermark is one line in four of those lists. Nothing has to be inferred from an icon or from a line's position, which puts this reading in the sturdier half of the column.
It does mean the value has to be taken from the lowest list rather than from a row. Four plans carry the line; the one that matters is the cheapest, because that is where the behaviour changes. Where a vendor prints the same benefit on every paid plan, the crossing point and the price of the first paid plan are the same number.
2Ten dollars is a fact about packaging
The list price beside Standard is ten dollars a month, with first-month and billing-cycle discounts shown next to it. That is the lowest figure in this column, and it says nothing at all about the mark: leaving a logo off costs the same everywhere. What the figure records is where this vendor draws its line between a trial and a customer.
Discounts complicate quoting it. A first-month price is not the crossing point; a reader who pays it once and then lapses is back to marked output. The register takes the list price for the plan because that is the figure a subscription actually costs in the ordinary case, and notes the discounts here rather than in the cell.
3What paying does not buy on this row
The benefit line covers removal of the mark and nothing else. No provenance standard is named on the membership page and no metadata field is listed, so the file-contents cell records not documented on every one of these four plans equally. Upgrading changes what a viewer sees and changes nothing a reader can check.
Nor does the page say what happens to material already generated. On one other entry here the vendor states outright that an earlier watermark survives an upgrade; on this one the question is simply unaddressed, which the register records as silence rather than as either answer.
