1An absence from a list of everything

The register still records the same three words, because the claim it can support is the same: nothing is published. What changes is how a reader should weigh it. A sales page omitting a manifest tells you about the genre; a reference omitting one tells you about the interface.
2The same document is unusually precise about the visible mark
This reference publishes a boolean watermark field, its default of false, the text of the stamp it produces and the corner it occupies. That is the most detailed visible-mark statement in the register. The contrast within one document is the finding: the frame is specified and the file is not.
Which suggests the omission is about what the service does rather than about what it chooses to discuss. A vendor willing to name a corner and a default is not being reticent about detail. The register cannot conclude that no manifest is written, and it can note that the place such a thing would be listed is complete in other respects.
3What a caller cannot promise on this row
