What each generator documents about marking its output

How Runway marks its output

Runway (runway.com), an AI video generator, lists watermark-free output among its paid plan features. The free plan's feature list does not carry it. As of 2026-09-12.

Inclusion rule. Fields are the same four for every generator on this site; a field the vendor does not publish is recorded as not documented rather than inferred from how the product behaves. Order. Fixed field order, identical on every generator page.

1What the pricing page settles

Runway's plan table follows the pattern that ten of the fifteen generators on this site share: the visible mark on output is what the free plan carries, and removing it is something the paid plans include. The page states the feature at plan level and does not describe the mark itself, so its position on the frame, its size and its behaviour on export are not recorded here.

The free tier is a one-time credit allocation rather than a recurring monthly amount, which means the free plan is closer to a trial than to a standing tier. That does not change what the mark field records, but it changes who is likely to be affected by it: output from an evaluation run rather than from ongoing production.

2What is left unstated

No provenance standard is named on the pricing page and no metadata field is listed, so the machine-readable field is recorded as not documented. As everywhere on this site, that records what the vendor publishes and not what the product does.

Runway also publishes API pricing separately from its plan pricing, and the API pages do not repeat the watermark line. Where a vendor sells the same model through two routes, the route a file came from can decide what the file carries; this site records the consumer plans, which is where the statement exists.
