Free answers a vendor wrote down in a sentence
Four entries state their free-tier behaviour in a sentence. Every other filled cell in that column is read from a line printed against the paid side of a grid and not against the free side. As of 2026-09-22.
| Generator | Free tier | Document read |
|---|---|---|
| D-ID | Full-screen watermark on the trial | pricing page |
| Fliki | Includes Fliki watermark | pricing page |
| Kling AI | Brand watermark on output | membership plans |
| Luma AI | Watermark, not lifted by a later upgrade | licensing guide |
Inclusion rule. Entries whose own pages carry a sentence about what free output carries. A value read from the absence of a feature line is not counted here, however clear the absence is. Order. Alphabetical by generator name.
1Why a sentence is worth counting separately
A sentence survives a redesign. If a vendor reorganises its plans next month, a claim that free output carries a brand watermark is either still printed or visibly gone, and either way a reader learns something. An absent feature line gives no such signal, because lines vanish for reasons that have nothing to do with a product.
So this count is a count of durability rather than of honesty. The four entries listed here can be quoted next year without re-reading a grid; the others have to be re-established from scratch each time the layout moves, and the register marks that difference in the evidence class printed beside every value.
2What the four sentences actually say
They are not variations on one statement. One says output on the free plan carries a brand watermark. One says its free plan includes the vendor's own watermark, printed as an inclusion rather than a restriction. One says a full-screen watermark appears for trial users, which is the only geometry published anywhere here. And one says a watermark applied on the free plan is not lifted by a later upgrade.
Only the last of those is about time rather than about appearance, and it is the one with the largest consequence for a production. Counting them together is useful for grading evidence and useless for planning, which is why each has its own page in the readings.
3The pattern in who writes it down
Sentences tend to appear where the statement is restrictive. A permissive free tier gets advertised rather than disclosed, so it turns up in headline copy and not in a clause a register can cite. Three of these four sentences describe a mark the reader would rather not have, and the fourth describes one that cannot be removed later.
That is a fact about writing practice, not about candour, and the register does not grade vendors on it. What it does is refuse to treat an omission and a sentence as the same kind of finding, because the two behave differently over time and a reader relying on one of them is taking a different risk.

Every row above is read from the vendor page named beside it, on 2026-09-22. The same values in register form are on the support table, the rule for this column is on the free tier column page, and what may fill a cell at all is on the what earns a row page. Other findings: crossing points with a price, crossing points with no number.
