How Synthesia marks its output
Synthesia (synthesia.io) never uses the word watermark. Its plan grid offers Remove Synthesia logo from the Starter plan at $29 a month, and the free Basic plan does not carry that line. As of 2026-09-22.

Every other plan-gated entry in this register uses some form of the word watermark. Synthesia's plan features use logo, and no line among them uses the other word at all. The register keeps the vendor's own term because the two words carry different expectations: a logo is a brand mark on the frame, while watermark is used across this subject for anything from a corner graphic to a signal embedded in the pixels.
Anyone searching a vendor's pages for the word watermark and finding nothing could reasonably conclude the product does not mark its output. On this page it does, under another name, which is a small illustration of why this register records wording rather than paraphrasing it into one house vocabulary.
2The free plan is read by omission, and the plan above it is not
Remove Synthesia logo sits in the Starter feature list at $29 a month, or $18 a month billed yearly, and Creator at $89 inherits it. Basic, at no cost, does not carry the line. That makes the free-tier cell an omission rather than a sentence, with the weakness omissions always have here: the day the grid is restructured, the evidence changes and nobody announces it.
No provenance standard and no metadata field appear anywhere on the page, so the machine-readable field is recorded as not documented. Synthesia's output is an avatar reading a script, which is exactly the category where a receiving party would most want a signal inside the file; the register notes that the pages do not discuss one and does not guess what the files contain.
