What the pages say about files already generated

1A question a pricing grid has no grammar for

A plan grid describes what a column buys going forward. Nothing in that structure can speak about material that already exists, so a reader wanting to know whether an upgrade cleans up last week's output is reading the wrong genre of page. Licensing terms can answer it, because their subject is the standing of things.

One entry does. Content generated on its free or entry plan carries a watermark which, the guide says, cannot be removed even if the subscription is upgraded later. The same paragraph runs the rule backwards: files made while a subscription was active are not described as changing when it lapses.

2Why silence is not the same as permission

On the other entries the register records nothing in either direction, because nothing is published. A reader planning to trial on a free plan and upgrade before delivery is relying on an absence, which is weaker than relying on a sentence and easier to mistake for good news.

The nearest thing to a second data point is a compliance guide that warns publishers re-encoding can strip whatever metadata the tool writes. That is a statement about handling rather than about plans, and it points the same way: what happens to a file after it exists is mostly undocumented across this subject.

3What it costs when the answer is no

Regenerating is not re-exporting. A generative model asked the same question twice returns two different files, so the clean version of an approved shot is a new shot that has to be approved again, at whatever the plan now costs and with whatever variation the model introduces.

So on the one entry that answers this question, the decision about which plan to use is a decision about the material rather than about the invoice, and it has to be taken before the work. That is a scheduling constraint no column in this register was designed to hold, which is why it is recorded as a separate fact.
