Two marking statements published outside a price list

Two entries here are read from something other than a pricing page: a system card and a set of terms. One names C2PA metadata on all assets; the other an invisible, compression-resistant watermark or content credential that is never removed. 1Two documents written for different readers

A system card is written for reviewers and researchers; terms of service are written for the customer and bind the vendor. Both put the marking statement where a price list would not, and both describe the file rather than a plan.

2Both mark both layers

Each entry describes a visible mark and a signal inside the file. Sora pairs a moving watermark on downloads with C2PA metadata on all assets; the other pairs a corner badge at delivery with an invisible watermark or content credential, and says the invisible half is never removed even when a paid member switches the badge off.

3Neither hands a recipient a public reader

Sora describes detection tools held internally; the other entry publishes no reader at all. C2PA is a named standard that other tools can read, which gives Sora's file contents the edge on checkability; the other's edge is a contractual promise that the signal stays on.
