1Moving is a description no grid supplies

Almost nothing in this register describes the mark itself. This card does: the watermark is visible and it moves. That one adjective rules out a fixed corner badge and tells a reader something about what a crop would and would not remove, which is more than any pricing page here manages.

It is still a long way from a specification. Nothing says how large it is, how fast it travels, whether the path is deterministic, or what it does on a short clip. But the difference between a mark described as moving and a mark named in two words is the difference between a claim an editor can reason about and a claim they cannot.

2Downloaded from is a scope, and scopes have edges

The statement is about videos downloaded from the vendor's own website and app. That is a route, not a product, and it leaves every other route out of the sentence.
