1A blank that is not an omission

Nine rows in this column are read from a grid, so an empty cell there means a line was looked for and not found. Here there is no grid. A system card enumerates safeguards, and pricing is not among the things it discusses, so the blank records that the question has no purchase on this document at all.

Inferring a crossing point from the existence of a paid product would be the obvious move and the wrong one. The vendor sells subscriptions; the card says nothing about whether any of them changes the watermark, and a register that filled the cell from commercial common sense would be publishing a guess with a source attached.

2The mark is described better than most priced ones

What the card does supply is unusual for this register: the watermark is visible and it moves. One adjective rules out a fixed corner badge and tells a reader something about what a crop would leave behind. Seven priced rows here name their mark in two words and describe nothing.

So this row inverts the ordinary trade. Vendors that publish a price usually publish nothing about the object being priced; a vendor that publishes no price here has described the object. The two facts come from the genre of the document rather than from any decision about candour.

3Scoped to a route, which narrows the blank further

The statement covers videos downloaded from the vendor's own website and app. That is a route rather than a product, so even the visible-mark claim does not generalise to every file from the model, and the register records the scope as written.
