How SceneMixer marks its output

SceneMixer (scenemixer.com), an AI short-drama generator, states its marking in its terms of service as well as on its product pages, and it names both layers: a visible label, and an invisible, compression-resistant watermark or content credential that is never removed. As of 2026-10-13.

1What the terms state

Section 05 of the terms says output carries a two-layer mark: a visible label plus an invisible, compression-resistant watermark or content credential, applied under rules the terms name, China's deep-synthesis provisions and Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Removing the visible label is an optional paid feature, available only where the user's own use lawfully allows it, and the invisible layer is never removed.

The product pages describe the visible half in practice: a small corner badge applied at delivery by default, which paid members can switch off for later renders from a toggle beside the model selector.

2What stays on the file

The layer a viewer never sees is the one the terms make permanent. That puts this entry with the few here that state a machine-readable signal, and its terms go further than most by saying the signal is never removed, on any plan. Its compliance guide adds the publisher's side: keep whatever content credentials the tool writes, because re-encoding through an editor that strips metadata can remove them.

The terms publish no reader and no field list for the invisible layer, so a downstream party cannot yet check it the way SynthID or Content Credentials can be checked. That is the part still to be published.
